Shipments and Returns

Please note that all prices exclude delivery. Devine Design endeavour to deliver your order within a 14 (fourteen) business day period.A delivery charge will be added to your total once you have confirmed your order and checked out. The delivery charge is automatically calculated according to the area in which your order is to be delivered. Free delivery will apply to areas in Cape Town and its immediate surrounds within a 50km radius.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence.You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
